Gregory Fischbach was born and raised in Hawai’i and graduated from Kalani High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. Gregory worked as a paralegal in Honolulu, English teacher in Hawai’i and Japan, and was a tennis pro for over 20 years. He is a published author and photographer. Gregory wrote for France Media Group for several years, and most recently, he wrote and photographed the travel book "Hidden Parks of Paris." In 2020, Gregory earned his Master of Education from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
